Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, announced today that forward Brian Ward has signed a PTO with the AHL’s Providence Bruins.
Ward, 26, has amassed 40 points (22-18-40) from 46 games played this season and 89 points (47-42-89) over 95 games in his Thunder career, with his 47 tallies the most in franchise history. Ward is currently the team leader in goals scored this season and ranks fourth in points. The St. Lawrence University graduate has appeared in one AHL game this season with the Utica Comets and has collected an assist in 10 AHL games throughout his professional career with Utica, Albany and Charlotte.
