Ticketing FAQ

We offer discounted rates for groups of fifteen or more people. If you would like to reserve group rate tickets to a Thunder game, please call 518-480-3355 x311

Any child under the age of two does not need a ticket. Children two (2) years old to fourteen (14) years old are consider YOUTH.

If you come to the game and you would like to switch your seat, please visit the Thunder Guest Service table in the lobby. We will try our best to get you a more appropriate seat. 

Full and Half Season Ticket Holders have Unlimited Ticket Exchange. You may exchange your tickets to games you are not able to attend for a ticket to any other regular season game during the 2023-24 season.

Yes, at the Cool Insuring Arena Seat Geek Box Office. The tickets are $19 with ID. 

Please email Sean at sdriscoll@echlthunder.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. Unfortunately, after this time period we will be unable to add names. In your email, please include the name(s). Please note that you may not receive a response until the day of the game.

The Seat Geek Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

On Adirondack Thunder gamedays taking place on Saturday or Sunday, the box office will open 3 hours before puck drop.

Will Call tickets are kept in the Thunder Office. Tickets will be ready for pick up 90 minutes before the start of the hockey game at the Seat Geek Box Office (Window 7). You must present a valid Photo ID when picking up the tickets. 

Flex Tickets need to be redeemed for a game ticket at the Thunder Office or the Seat Geek Box Office. All flex redemptions are based on availability and best available seating. 

No exchanges are allowed for individual game tickets. There is no refund for single game tickets.

All Adirondack Thunder are 'Rain or Shine' events. Only extreme inclement weather may cause games to be canceled or postponed. Neither rain nor snow are considered inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined via www.echlthunder.com and communicated to ticket purchasers via email and through numerous social media channels (X, Facebook, etc.)
