Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proudly locally owned and operated, announced today that they have signed forward Austin Orszulak to a standard player contract.
Orszulak, 25, amassed seven points (3-4-7) in 14 games played with Adirondack last season after he made his professional debut on March 10, 2017 in Manchester. The Springfield, MA native made his Kelly Cup Playoffs debut in Game 3 against Manchester and skated in two playoff games overall. Prior to joining the Thunder, the 5-9 forward skated four seasons at American International College and collected 81 points (45-36-81) over 131 games played. Orszulak, who served as team captain of the Yellow Jackets during the 2016-17 season, ranks fourth all time in goals and fifth all time in points in program history.
