CALGARY FLAMES RECALL BRAD THIESSEN

Calgary, AB – The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled goaltender Brad Thiessen from the Adirondack Flames of the American Hockey League.

The Aldergrove, British Columbia native is playing his sixth season professionally and was signed as a free agent by Calgary on July 4, 2014. In 32 games with Adirondack during the 2014-15 season the 6’, 177 lb. netminder has a 10-14-7 record with a 3.02 GAA and a .905 SV%. Thiessen played five NHL games with Pittsburgh in the 2011-12 season and had a 3-1-0 record.
