TREVOR GILLIES SUSPENDED ONE GAME BY AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. The American Hockey League today announced that Adirondack Flames left wing Trevor Gillies and Rochester Americans defenseman Nick Petrecki have each been suspended for one (1) game as a result of being assessed instigator penalties within the final five minutes of the third period of a game between the teams on Oct. 10, under the provisions of AHL Rule 46.22.

Any further supplemental discipline will be announced following the league’s official review of the game.

Gillies will miss Adirondack’s game tonight (Oct. 11) vs. Albany.

Petrecki will miss Rochester’s game tonight (Oct. 11) vs. Hamilton.
