February 11, 2021
On behalf of the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition and Adirondack Hockey LLC, we would like to thank you for your continued support of YOUR Adirondack Thunder hockey these past four years.
We are in the midst of unprecedented times; a winter without hockey in Glens Falls. We know the excitement our fans bring to the Cool Insuring Arena and cannot wait for October 2021 as we look forward to the kickoff of the 2021-22 season.
In spite of not having a season, we continue to incur significant expenses throughout the winter and into spring 2021. League dues, insurance, and health benefits just to name a few.
We are kicking off a fundraising program that will allow our supporters to receive name recognition at the arena for as low as $100.00. This tax-deductible donation will continue to allow the team to operate in Glens Falls for years to come.
We have been fortunate that our supporters and community partners have already stepped up and we are halfway to our goal of $130,000.00.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE THUNDER?
- Currently, we are working with a very limited staff with the team and at the arena. Most of the full-time employees have been furloughed.
