Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, announced today their 2018-2019 season-opening roster.
The Thunder’s season-opening roster is as follows:
Forwards (13): Cullen Bradshaw, Shane Conacher, John Edwardh, Shane Eiserman, James Henry, Dennis Kravchenko, Peter MacArthur, Daniel Perigo, Jakob Reichert, Conor Riley, Matt Salhany, Mike Szmatula, Brian Ward
Defensemen (6): Desmond Bergin, Matias Cleland, Jake Linhart, Jordan McNaughton, Kelly Summers, Blake Thompson
Goaltenders (2): Colton Phinney and Alex Sakellaropoulos
Reserve (2): Nikolas Olsson and Mike Sdao
11 of the 23 players on the opening roster have skated with the Thunder in previous ECHL seasons. Seven players have also seen time in the American Hockey League while three players were previously drafted by an NHL team.
The Thunder will hit the ice on October 13 for Opening Night as they kick off the 2018-2019 ECHL season in Portland against the Maine Mariners.
