Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, have signed forward Bo Pieper to a standard player contract. Additionally, forward Alfred Larsson has been released from his amateur tryout.
Pieper, 23, joins the Thunder after he completed his collegiate career with Quinnipiac University, where he skated for four seasons. The 5-11 forward leaves the Quinnipiac program tied for third all-time with 158 games played and amassed 65 points (32-33-65) throughout his time with the Bobcats. Pieper finished tied for the team lead with 13 goals as a junior and ranked in the top 5 on his team in scoring in both his junior and senior seasons. The Roseville, MN native appeared in the NCAA Tournament twice, in 2015 and 2016, and advanced to the National Championship game as a sophomore in 2016.
