SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse Crunch have released defenseman Mathieu Brodeur from his professional tryout agreement. Brodeur has rejoined the Adirondack Thunder in advance of tonight's game against Worcester.

From AHL stints with San Antonio, Portland, Chicago, Albany, Syracuse and Springfield throughout his AHL career, Brodeur has collected 66 points (15-52-67) in the AHL to go along with 238 penalty minutes and a +2 rating.
The Thunder are back in action this evening as they host the Worcester Railers at 7:00 p.m.
