Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Thunder and Adirondack Civic Center Coalition have announced that they will hold a season-ending fan forum on Saturday, May 20 from 11:00 a.m. until noon, held in the upstairs room at the Bullpen Tavern on Glen Street.
The fan forum is an opportunity for Thunder fans to meet with team management to offer feedback on the 2016-17 season and to generate ideas on how to improve heading into the 2017-18 season. Thunder staff will be present at the fan forum, including Glens Falls Civic Center General Manager Jeff Mead, who will be running the Thunder front office during the 2017-18 season.
“With the success that these platforms have had in the past, we wanted to close down the 2016-17 season by giving our fans the chance to give us their feedback, positive and negative, as well as new ideas to help us transition into running the team this summer,” Mead said. “We’ve gotten some great ideas from these forums in the past and we encourage all fans to give us their thoughts as we look to improve all aspects of our business.”
Complimentary coffee and refreshments will be provided at the event. Anyone with any questions regarding the fan forum should contact Sean Driscoll at 518-480-3355 x319 or by email at sdriscoll@echlthunder.com.
The Thunder will hit the ice again in October as they kick off the 2017-18 ECHL season, their third as a member of the league. Season tickets are on sale now at $13 per ticket. Call 518-480-3355 x1 or visit ECHLThunder.com for more information.
