Glens Falls, NY –The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have announced Teachers Appreciation and Blades For Grades Night, to be held on Friday, February 12, as the Thunder host the Wheeling Nailers at 7:00 p.m. at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
Teachers and students alike can get free tickets to watch the Thunder in action as we honor local teachers and educators, as well as reward students for their performance in the classroom. Any teacher can get a free ticket to the game on February 12 while students can get a free ticket by showing their report card with a grade of 85 (B / Satisfactory) or higher at the Thunder offices in advance of the game. Both teachers and students can get their tickets by visiting http://bit.ly/Thunder_Blades_For_Grades, calling 518-480-3355 x1 or visiting the Thunder front office before the game. Both deals will also be available on Friday, February 12 at the Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office. Family and friends of both teachers and students can purchase additional reserved seats for $15 per ticket for this game.
The Thunder will also honor 10 top educators throughout the Capital District and North Country during the first intermission.
