Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have announced their season ticket pickup party, to be held on Friday, September 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The event on September 25 will be is the first chance ticket holders will have to pick up their tickets before the 2015-16 season begins. Ticket pickup will be held in Heritage Hall with season ticket holders alphabetized by last name. As was the case a season ago with the Flames, Thunder ticket customers will also have an opportunity to skate on the ice from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Fans will also have the opportunity to tour the Thunder locker room between 5:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Following the on-ice skate and tours, Thunder Head Coach Cail MacLean and Assistant Coach Alex Loh will hold a “chalk talk” discussion in the locker room from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to ask the Thunder coaches questions in a moderated discussion format.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming our season ticket holders to the Civic Center and offering everyone an opportunity to skate, tour our facility and meet our new coaching staff,” Adirondack Thunder President Brian Petrovek said. “This signals the beginning of our inaugural season and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone again on the 25th.”
Another new addition to this year’s party will include an opportunity for new customers to select a seat. Prospective ticket holders can attend the event to meet one-on-one with a Thunder ticket representative and secure available seats for a full season, 22 game or 12 game pack before single game tickets go on sale, or purchase a flex pack. This option is open to ticket package holders from last season with the Flames who have not yet renewed and to anyone looking into a ticket plan for the first time.
The Thunder will also distribute information regarding the season ticket holder meet and greet with the team, which is open to all full season and 22-game plan holders, on the pick-up event on September 25.
Full season, partial season, flex and group ticket plans are now available to renew or purchase for the Adirondack Thunder’s inaugural 2015-16 season. The benefits of being a Thunder season ticket holder include a savings of 27 to 42 percent off of box office pricing. All full season, 22 game and 12 game Thunder season ticket holders are entitled to unlimited unused ticket exchange, playoff ticket priority and the ability to buy tickets all season long at the discounted season ticket price.
