The Calgary Flames announced today that they have assigned forward Sven Baertschi and Markus Granlund to the Adirondack Flames of the American Hockey League.
Baertschi, a native of Langenthal, Switzerland has played in 15 games with Calgary this season where he has four assists and six penalty minutes. The 22-year-old has also played in 28 games for Adirondack and recorded five goals and 12 assists for 17 points.
