Markus Granlund, Michael Ferland, and Turner Elson found the back of the net in the second period, which was largely dominated by the Flames. Calgary outshot the Canucks 16-4 in the middle frame.

The Flames added three more goals in the third period, coming off of Ferland, Bryce Van Brabant, and Hunter Smith's sticks.

The line of Ferland, Granlund and Josh Jooris finished the contest with a combined seven points.

Calgary finished the 2014 Young Stars Classic with a 2-1-0 record and will return home to take on the University of Calgary Dinos at Father David Bauer arena on Wednesday at 7:00 PM for the final showcase in the Flames rookie camp.
