THUNDER MAKE ROSTER MOVES

11/09/2017 4:28 PM -
Syracuse, NY - The Adirondack Thunder have made a series of roster moves as goaltender Connor Ingram and defenseman Matthew Spencer have been reassigned by the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning to Adirondack from the AHL's Syracuse Crunch. In addition, goaltender Nick Riopel has been recalled by the Crunch.

Ingram, 20, is currently in his first professional season and has appeared in six games with Syracuse. The 6-1 goaltender has amassed a 1-3 record with a 3.31 goals against average and a .860 save percentage. Ingram was originally a third round draft pick by Tampa Bay in 2016 and spent three seasons in the WHL with the Kamloops Blazers, where he recorded a 26-14-2 record with a .927 save percentage in the 2016-17 season.

Spencer, 20, is also in his first full professional season and has skated in two contests with Syracuse this season. The 6-1 made his professional debut in 2016 and has skated with the Peterborough Petes in the OHL for the last four seasons. A second round draft pick by the Lightning in 2016, Spencer appeared in 251 games with Peterborough during his junior and collected 98 points (19-79-98).
