Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, announced today that it has signed forward Daniel Perigo to a standard player contract for the 2018-2019 season.

Perigo, 24, comes to the Thunder after skating three seasons at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. The 6-foot tall forward finished his collegiate career with 36 points (12-24-36) in 79 regular season contests, while adding another point in three postseason games played. The Truro, NS native’s 21 points (6-15-21) last season topped all Warriors skaters. Perigo is the second Thunder player to be under contract for the upcoming season.

About the Thunder

The Adirondack Thunder are the proud members of the ECHL and will begin their 2017-18 season on October 14, 2017 at Cool Insuring Arena. The Thunder enter their third season of ECHL play, following two consecutive playoff berths, including reaching second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs in 2016, the first time since 1994 that an Adirondack team won a playoff series.
