Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, announced today that the AHL’s Syracuse Crunch have recalled forward Troy Bourke. 
Bourke, 24, has collected 32 points (10-22-32) from 22 games played with the Thunder this season, with his 1.45 points per game pace ranking sixth in the ECHL. The 5-11 center has picked up at least one point in 16 of the 22 games he’s played in with the Thunder this season, including eight multi-point efforts. Bourke is scoreless in one game with Syracuse thus far this season and has collected 62 points (23-39-62) from 207 career AHL games with Syracuse, San Antonio and Lake Erie. 
Adirondack is back in action tomorrow afternoon in Brampton as it concludes the regular season with a 2:00 p.m. puck drop against the Brampton Beast. The Thunder will then begin the playoffs on Friday, April 13 at Cool Insuring Arena at 7:00 p.m. Visit or call 518-480-3355 x1 to get tickets for all Thunder home playoff games.

About the Thunder

The Adirondack Thunder are the proud members of the ECHL and will begin their 2017-18 season on October 14, 2017 at Cool Insuring Arena. The Thunder enter their third season of ECHL play, following two consecutive playoff berths, including reaching second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs in 2016, the first time since 1994 that an Adirondack team won a playoff series.
